Our Body Composition Maintenance plan is a comprehensive service designed to improve how your body operates. By analyzing blood biomarkers and metabolic indicators, we identify imbalances affecting fat utilization, muscle integrity, cellular hydration, and overall tissue health. We can identify what may be slowing your metabolism, increasing inflammation, or compromising energy, strength, and longevity.
This program focuses on improving metabolic efficiency, preserving lean tissue, supporting mitochondrial function, and reducing harmful visceral fat so your body performs better at every level.

Monthly Provider Optimization Virtual Visit
One 20–30 minute virtual or in-person session with a licensed provider to review your data, interpret functional changes, and fine-tune your medical and regenerative protocol.
Precision Protocol Design
Customized plans may include metabolic therapy, peptide support, hormone optimization, IV nutrient therapy, and targeted supplementation, based on how your body is functioning, not just what it weighs.
Priority Clinical Messaging
Direct access to our regenerative team for guidance, adjustments, and support between visits.
Ongoing Adaptation & Strategy
Your plan evolves as your cellular health, muscle quality, and metabolic markers improve, ensuring your therapies stay aligned with how your body is responding.

Terms:
- Minimum 3 month commitment.
- The plan is billed monthly at $189 and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice after the 3 month minimum.
- The plan does not include the cost of medication.
- Monthly optimization visits must be scheduled in advance; unused sessions do not roll over.
- Messaging access is for non-urgent clinical guidance; typical response time is within 1–2 business days.
- This plan does not replace urgent or emergency medical care.
- Labs, imaging, IV therapy, medications, peptides, and supplements are billed separately unless included in a defined package.
