  One 15-minute virtual or in-person check-in with a licensed provider to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Direct Messaging Access
  Priority messaging with our clinical team for quick questions, support, and care guidance between appointments.
• Prescription Support
  Management of prescription orders, renewals, and dosage adjustments—including compounded and specialty medications.
• Ongoing Treatment Oversight
  Continued support for your personalized care plan, including hormone therapy, weight management, and other regenerative health protocols.
• Flexible Adjustments
  Need to pivot your protocol? We make it easy to update your plan based on how you’re responding and what’s next in your journey.

Terms & Conditions:

• Plan is billed monthly and may be canceled with 30 days' notice.
• Monthly check-ins must be scheduled in advance; unused visits do not roll over.
• Messaging access is for non-urgent care and clinical guidance; response time is typically within 1–2 business days.
• This plan does not replace urgent care or emergency services.
• Lab testing, IV therapy, medications, and treatments are billed separately unless included in a package.
